Return Policies
www.aeroskinworldwide.com stand behind all of our products. Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority. We understand that there are a lot of choices out there and we want to make sure our customers are happy with Aeroskin.
If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item based on its original and unused form, for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Your Aeroskin wetsuit products are warranted against the workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Aeroskin will replace or repair, at our discretion, any product proving to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of the product, lack of reasonable care, normal wear and tear, accidents or loss of the product. If you believe your garment is defective or if you wish to have it repaired, please return them via UPS, Express Mail or any other method that allows the product to be insured and traced if lost, directly to:

Please include a photocopy of your receipt, your name, daytime phone number, and return shipping address. Allow 2-3 weeks for repair and replacement.
Repair Policies:
RETURNED WETSUITS FOR REPAIR MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY. ANY SUIT THAT IS RECEIVED WET OR DIRTY WILL BE RETURNED WITHOUT REVIEW AT THE CONSUMERS EXPENSE. A MINIMUM FEE OF $20.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR REPAIR.
Shipping Policies
We would like to make ordering as convenient as possible for our customers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Our site utilizes a secure on-line ordering system. Customer information is not shared or sold.
Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours of your credit card being charged. Most orders are shipped UPS within 48 hours of receipt of order (excluding weekends and holidays). If item ordered is not currently in stock, it should be available for shipment within 7 days. We will notify you if an out of stock item cannot ship within 7 days.
Shipping to and from www.aeroskinworldwide.com is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
